We make each and every item in our collection by hand in California.  Our product matters to us and we want you to love it.  We offer a 30 return/replacement policy.  If you are not happy with your order please contact mh@marquettehome.com to request a return or replacement. We kindly ask that you report any damages due to shipping as soon as possible. Custom pieces are not returnable nor are any items from the Creature & Couture Collections.

How long will it take to get my order?

Each piece is handmade. But we're fast. It just depends on the item. Frames are quick and will generally ship within 5 days.  Feel free to email us after you place your order with any questions.
